The Federal Antimonopoly Service has recognized inappropriate advertising of Alfa-Bank's children's card, which, according to the FAS, contained an incorrect comparison. This is stated in the message of the service.
Earlier, a citizen complained to the antimonopoly service about an advertisement for a bank's children's card, which was broadcast on federal TV channels.
The advertisement claimed that "Alfa-Bank is the best mobile bank", followed by an explanatory footnote: "according to Markswebb". At the same time, the footnote was given in a difficult-to-understand way for a short time and could not be considered as an objective criterion for comparing the advertised product with the products of other banks.
Alfa-Bank JSC was founded in 1990 and is a universal bank that carries out most of the main types of banking operations represented on the financial services market.
