In May, the implementation of the activities of the national project "Labor Productivity" New companies have joined under the management of the Regional Competence Center (RCC), operating on the basis of the Innovation Agency of the Rostov region.
Enterprises from Rostov-on-Don have started optimizing production processes: OOO "Project-A", CJSC "Empils", LLC "Rostovstroy", LLC "Enteza", LLC "RZK "RESURS", - as well as LLC "Rostov Broiler" from Semikarakorsk, SEC (COLLECTIVE farm) "KOLOS" from the village of Grekovo-Timofeevka, Matveevo-Kurgan district, Aksai LLC "MartTrade" and CJSC "Vishnevskoye" from X. Vishnevki Morozovsky district.
Meat of the Don LLC, Yugventcom Plant LLC and Millerovskoye DRSU OJSC are also starting to introduce lean manufacturing, but within the framework of the regional program "Targeted support for improving labor productivity" for enterprises with revenues from 100 to 400 million rubles a year. This program was introduced at the initiative of the Governor of the Rostov region.
- Thanks to the regional project, companies get the opportunity to increase revenue and switch to a federal project, - said Boris Sviridov, Deputy General Director for Project Activities of the Innovation Agency. – There are two such companies in the new wave of the national project: LLC "Project-A" and LLC "MartTrade". The federal project opens up the possibility of systemic support measures, such as preferential loans, tax preferences, training of managers under the Productivity Leaders program, and assistance in entering the export market.
The companies have signed agreements with the Ministry of Economic Development of the region and will undergo a production optimization program in the next six months. To do this, project working groups will be formed, which will be trained in lean manufacturing tools by RCC experts. Pilot flows will be identified at the enterprises, using the example of which improvements will be made to production processes, which will lead to faster processes, lower unused reserves and increased production. After that, within two and a half years, enterprises will independently replicate the results obtained in other processes and production sites.
The national project "Labor Productivity" has been implemented in the Rostov region under the patronage of the Ministry of Economic Development of the region since 2019, its goal is to increase labor productivity by at least 5% per year at medium and large enterprises of basic non-primary sectors of the economy. Today, thanks to the national project, 192 enterprises in the region with revenues from 400 million rubles per year and 39 enterprises with revenues from 100 to 400 million rubles per year are implementing lean technologies. At the Don enterprises participating in the national project "Labor Productivity", the average increase in output according to the results of the activities carried out is 32%.
