Federal Financial Market Service has listed the primary bond issue of JSC "Dorogobuzh" (Smolenskaya reg.) to the value of 900 million rubles, Federal Service said.

The issue includes 900.000 bonds at par value of 1000 rubles. The bond maturity is three years.

"Dorogobuzh" belongs to the Holding Company "Akron", the leading Russian and world mineral fertilizer producer with an annual production volume of over 4.1 million tons.
