CJSC Port-Activ, the second by size shareholder of JSC Vladivostok Trade Seaport (Vladmortorgport), right after the biggest stockholder - Magnitogorsk Iron & Steel Works (MMK) - obtained 50 percent in the managing company of Vladmortorgport.

In June 2005, MMK consolidated 26.44 percent of port's shares on its fixed assets. Henceforward, it is supposed to increase MMK's stake in Vladmortorgport up to 75 percent.

Vladmortorgport's authorized capital is 176.73 million rubles.
