Effective March 15th, 2006, the list of stocks - constituents of RTS-2 Index - will change. In accordance with the decision of RTS Information Committee, "Gazprom" common stock and "NOVATEK" common stock will put on the list of the most liquid and highly capitalized stocks that are not considered as potential constituents of RTS-2 Index.

Effective March 15th, 2006, the Bashinformsvyaz common stocks, Kazansky Helicopter plant's common stocks, Open investment's common stocks, Sinarsky Tube Works' common stocks, Ufaorgsintez, and the common stocks of Vysokogorsky GOK will be included on the list of RTS-2 Index constituents.

As of February 26th, 2006, the stocks of Kostroma State District Power Station and Primorsk Shipping Corporation will be excluded from the list of RTS-2 Index constituents.

The preferred stocks Dalvsyaz, the preferred stocks of GAZ, the common stocks of GUM, the common stocks of Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel works, the common stocks of OGK-3, the preferred stocks of OGK-5, the preferred stocks of 'Baltika" brewery, the common and preferred stocks of Sakhalinmorneftegaz were put on the "waiting list".

The common stocks of Kirovsky zavod and Megionneftegaz were put on the "waiting lists" of securities to be excluded from the list of RTS-Index constituents.
