Mezhregiongaz LLC is planning the first trading session for gas on the electronic trading floor (ETF) on November 22, the Company says.

The first delivery of gas sold is scheduled for December 2006. The first trading session with deliveries in January 2007, is planned for December 15.

In October, Russia's Minister for Industry and Energy Viktor Khristenko signed an order determining Mezhregiongaz as an organization to carry out an experiment on selling Gazprom OJSC gas on the ETF to its affiliated persons and independent organizations from November.

The Interregional Gas Sales Company (Mezhregiongaz) is a specialized trading company, a 100% subsidiary of Gazprom. It was registered in December 1996. In 1997, it started to deliver gas to Russian consumers.
