Sakhatelecom OJSC plans to increase its net profit 2.6 times to 223.2 mil rub from 84.6 mil rub in 2006, said in the company's announcement.

Revenues are expected to be 2.903 bln rub, that is 12.5% more y-o-y.

The company plans OIBDA growth 67.9% to 760.1 mil rub from 452.6 mil rub, OIBDA margin to 26.2%, EBITDA - by 60.4% to 615.2 mil rub from 383.5 mil rub, EBITDA margin - to 21.2% from 14.9%.

Sakhatelecom plans to invest 289 mil rub in 2007 that is 50.9% less y-o-y, the amount of dividends payment will increase 2.6 times to 55 milo rub from 20.9 mil rub

In 2008 the company plans net profit in the amount of 434.7 mil rub, revenues - 3.135 bln rub, OIBDA - 993 mil rub, OIBDA margin - 31.7%, EBITDA - 928 mil rub, EBITDA margin - 29.6%. Investment will make 280 mil rub, dividends - 107.2 mil rub.

Sakhatelecom was founded on December 25, 2003 by reorganizing GUP Sakhatelecom of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). The Company leases communicating channels, forms telecommunication and information networks and multimedia systems, as well as all kinds of visual communication and telematic services on the base of digital systems and commutation.

Sakhatelecom's authorized capital is RUB 1.405 bn and is split into 1405612 ordinary nominal uncertificated shares. The par value of each declared share is RUB 1,000.
