Sitronics settled the contract with Ukrainian Mobile Coms (MTSK Ukraine) on the delivery of technological equipment and telecom decisions in the volume of $39mln, the company informed.

Sitronics Telecom, Ukraine included into Sitromics Telecom Decisions will ship equipment made at Intracom Telecom. The contract is worth $27mln.

Besides, Sitronics will support the decisions of Interactive Cell Broadcast made on the basis of Celltick. Then, Sitronics will deliver the Fraud Management system for $6.3mln.

Sitronics is a former Scientific Center Concern as the largest scientific complex in the microelectronics sector. It covers the Czechia-based Sitronics TS, NIIME, Greece-based Intracom Telecom, Micron, VZPP Micron, Kvant, Kvazar Micro, Elax, Elion.

Sistema and affiliated companies have 64.4% (Sistema-hedl share - 60%), Sitronics Management - 9.82%; A.Goncharuk, Sistema president, - 3.14%, EBRD - 3.07%; 17.55% being in the free circulation. In IH the net losses (US GAAP) gained $79.8mln against $15.9mln in net profit prior year; revenues being down 6.5% to $638.3mln from $681.7mln; OIBDA was negative ($38.6mln).
