Next week the Hungarian Privatization Agency will continue exclusive negotiations for the sale of Malev with AirBridge Zrt, a shareholder of which is KrasAir's General Director Boris Abramovich, a source close to the deal told AK&M.

Lithuania's LAL investiciju valdymas, the owner of Lithuania Airlines, has left the tender.

Ofer Hava, who presents interests of a group of Hungarian and Irish investors, and Hungary's Sky Alliance Zrt., who presents interests of a group of Malev's former workers, left the tender even earlier.

AirBridge Zrt. applied for participation in the tender for the privatization of Malev on November 3, 2006.
