Multiregional Transit Telecom and France Telecom performed a both side connection in Frankfurt-on-Main, said in MTT's announcement.

OJSC Multiregioanl TransitTelecom is working on the communication market since 1994, rendering local and long-distance carriage services to cellular operators. And additional services of data communication to 86 Russian districts. The company is co-owned by AFK Sistema and Gamma Capital closed company.

MTT's net profit under US GAAP made $86.3 mil in 2006, that is 56% more then in 2005. MTT's revenues rose by 2.2 times to $471 mil. OIBDA rose by 40% to $125 mil.
