Gazprom and E.ON Ruhrgas A.G. closed the deal on the assets exchange within the Yuzhno-Russkoe field, the company informed.

Thus, Gazprom get 49% in Gerosgaz having 2.93% in Gapzrom. This stake was transferred to Gazprom. In its turn, E.ON A.G. holds now 25% in Severneftegazprom.

Now Gazprom has 50%+6 common stocks in the latter; BASF A.G. - 25%-1 common and 3 preferred without the voting; E.ON keeps 25%-3 comon and 3 preferred stocks.
