SU-155 set the rate on the 7-8th coupons.

SU-155 Capital set the rate on the 7-8th coupons of the 3d issue of the 3bn rub. worth bonds at 15.5%, the company informed.

3mln bonds of 1ths rub. par were issued and placed in 2007 on MICEX through the open offering at par for 5 years in maturity period.

SU-155 is working on the Moscow real estate market. It covers 20% of the housing market in Moscow. In 2007 it built 1.2mln m2 in Moscow and 230ths m2 in other regions in Russia.
