The annual meeting of Daltransgaz is appointed for June 15, the company informed.

The Company was founded in 2000 to provide gas supply within the Sakhalin-1 project. The building is funded out of the Daltransgaz share capital. The Sakhalin-Komsomolsk-na-Amure sector is held by Rosneft; remained part to Khabarovsk - to Daltransgaz.

Gazprom is a major holder having 72.58%. In 2008 Gazprom acquired 25%+1 in Daltransgaz from Rosneft. In IVQ Gazprom bought 47.6% for 7.408bn rub.

The 9-month net losses (RAS) gained 478.123mln rub.; revenues 142.652mln rub.; gross losses - 269.083mln rub.; losses from sales - 330.608mln rub.; pretax loss- 577.424mln rub.
