FSCM resumed an issue released by Irkutskaya Grid Company and registered the results of the common stocks placement, as it was informed.

The stocks were placed through the conversion into the additional common stocks at the merger.

The issue includes 4766807700 stocks of 4.45 rub. par; additional issue being launched in the total volume of 21.212bn rub.

The Company has 35ths km of electric lines providing connections with the regions and energy supply to the consumers.

It was founded in the basis of the Irkutskenergo divisions. In 2009 OOO IESK was restructured into OAO IESK.
