Tyumenenergo decided to liquidate several branches, the company informed.
This decision concerns Izhimskie Electric Networks, Tyumenskie Electric Networks,, Southern Electric Networks, Tobolskie Electric Networks.
These companies will be removed from the Registrar as legal persons.
Tyumenenergo has the MRSK status and is included into FSK UES zone. It provides the centralized energy supply to three regional subjects. The 9-month net profit (RAS) gained 699.85mln rub. or 19.8% higher prior year figures (584.122mln rub.), revenues being up 28.5% to 25.911bn rub. from 20.17bn rub.; gross profit - 2.5 fold to 2.76bn rub. from 1.103bn rub.
The useful energy transfer to own consumers in 2009 reached 73.333bn kWh which is equal to the prior year figures.
