Kemerovsky Azot (SIBUR-Mineral Fertilizers) paid up the third coupon on primary bonds released in the volume of 3.5bn rub., the company informed.

The payment demanded 52.339bn rub. The bonds were placed on MICEX through the open offering at par in 2008. The issue was backed by SIBUR.

8064517 bonds of 434 rub. par and 7 years of maturity were launched. The 1-6th coupons rate is set at 3% ann.. Thje bonds can be covered through the conversion.

The Company is a leading producer of caprolactam in Russia and one of thelargest makers of fertilizers. 50% of the output are exported to China, America, Western Europe and Asia-Pacific Ocean region.

The major holder is SIBUR Holding (74.64%). From May 1, 2007, the Company is included into SIBUR-Mineral Fertilizers.
