Sibirtelecom paid up the 9th coupon of the 6th issue worth 2bn rub., the company informed.
The payment demanded 97.24mln rub. in total.
The 6th issue included 2mln bonds of 1ths rub. par and 5 years in maturity.
The 1st coupon rate is set at .85% ann The issue was placed on MICEX through the open offering in 2005 as being arranged by Svyaz Bank; the backing being provided by Baikalvestkom.
Sibirtelecom is one of the largest telecom operators in Russia working in the Siberian federal reg. The share capital is worth 2.388bn rub. split in 12011401829 common and 3908420014 preferred stocks of 0.15 rub. par. The working interest (50.67%) is held by Svyazinvest.
The 9-month 2009 net profit of Sibirtelecom (IAS) declined 29% to 1.82bn rub.from 2.565bn rub. prior year; revenues rose 2.2% to 28.538bn rub. from 27.917bn rub.; operating profit moved down 4.8% to 5.274bn rub. from 5.539bn rub.; OIBDA increased 5.3% to 11.385bn rub. from 10.815bn rub.; EBITDA - 5% to 11.076bn rub. from 10.551bn rub.; EBITDA margin - 38.8% from 37.8%.
