AvtoVAZ summed up the totals of the 8-month sales, the company informed.
On the domestic market 317693 cars were sold. In Aug. the sales reached 45094 cars or 55% higher prior year period. 3780 cars were exported in Aug. and 24698 cars over the whole period.
AvtoVAZ is one of the leading car makers in the Eastern Europe. In 2007 it produced 735.897ths cars; sales being up 6.2% to reach 663.5ths; exports rose 7.9% to 106.9ths. The 11-month output increased 10.3% to 742.8ths.
The share capital is worth 9.25bn rub. split in 1388289720 common and 461764300 preferred stocks of 5 rub. par. Rostekhnologii, Renault Concern and Troika Dialog IC have 25%+1 stock each.
The capacities of the Plant permit to make 800ths car/y. In 2009 294737 cars were produced including 34756 Lada models for exports. The annual plan is assumed to come to 446ths cars..
Now 15 models of Lada are produced.
The 2009-revenues (RAS) declined 47% to 84.183bn rub. against 160.238bn rub. prior year; net loses gained 38.468bn rub. vs. 6.684bn rub. in 2008.
The IH revenues increased (RAS) 46.1% to come to 58.762bn rub.; net losses coming to 612mln rub. from 14.103bn rub. prior year.
