The Board of Directors of OJSC MRSK Volgi will hold its next session on January 27, the company informed.
The Board of Directors will consider the plan of implementing OJSC Holding MRSK's development strategy within the company till 2015 and in the long term (till 2020).

The unified operating company includes 7 branches: Mordovenergo, Orenburgenergo, Penzaenergo, Chuvashenergo as well as Saratov Distribution Grids, Samara Distribution Grids and Ulyanovsk Distribution Grids. The company's authorized capital is 17.857 billion Rub. represented by common shares at par value of 0.1 Rub. each. OJSC Holding MRSK owns 67.626% of the company's authorized capital.
According to the information and retrieval system DataCapital, net profit (RAS) of MRSK Volgi for 9 months 2011 rose 14.26-fold to 2.149 billion Rub. from 150.740 million Rub. for the same period in 2010. Revenue increased by 21.37% to 35.121 billion Rub. from 28.937 billion Rub., sales profit 1.56-fold to 2.792 billion Rub. from 1.780 billion Rub.
