M&A: FAS permitted EnSer to acquire 100% of Generatsiya Tepla

The Federal Antimonopoly Service satisfied the application of OJSC EnSer (Chelyabinsk region) for the acquisition of 100% of the authorized capital of Generatsiya Tepla LLC (English: Heat Generation, Nizhny Novgorod), the regulatory body informed.

This decision shall only be valid if the related order of FAS Russia is complied with.

OJSC EnSer (an energy service company, tax number: 7415036215) supplies electric power, thermal power and other energy resources in Miass (Chelyabinsk region).

Generatsiya Tepla LLC produces steam and hot water (heat power) using its boiler houses.
