Russia's Federal Antimonopoly Service considered and granted the application of OJSC EuroSibEnergo-Consult for buying 100% of the authorized capital of Generatsiya Tepla LLC (English: Heat Generation), the regulatory body informed.
EuroSibEnergo (tax number: 7706697347) is the largest private power company of Russia which belongs to En+ Group. EuroSibEnergo exercises control over 18 power stations (total installed power being 19.5 GW), with the major hydroelectric power plants of the Angara-Yenisei cascade (Krasnoyarsk, Bratsk, Ust-Ylym and Irkutsk hydroelectric power plants) accounting for over 15 GW as well as coal deposits with reserves of about 1.2 billion tonnes, sales and engineering companies. In 2010, the power stations of EuroSibEnergo generated over 82 billion kWh electric power which was about 9% of the total Russian output.
According to the information and retrieval system DataCapital, RAS net profit of OJSC EuroSibEnergo for 2012 was RUB 2.634 billion against a loss of RUB 49.347 billion the year before. Sales loss grew by 42.21% to RUB 264.658 million from RUB 186.105 million, pre-tax profit was RUB 2.363 billion against a loss of RUB 50.403 billion.
Generatsiya Tepla LLC produces steam and hot water (heat power) using its boiler houses.
