The Board of Directors of OJSC RBC Information Systems approved the sale of a 20% stake in CJSC RBC Holding and 20% of the authorized capital of RBC-Reklama LLC to Thornley Investments Ltd (the British Virgin Islands), RBC Information Systems informed.
The total amount of transactions will be RUB 62 thousand. The 20% stake in RBC Holding will be sold for RUB 60 thousand, 20% of RBC-Reklama LLC for RUB 2 thousand.
OJSC RBC Information Systems (tax number: 7736206959) was previously RBC Holding's parent company.
