Since August 16, 2013, Ural-Siberian Metallurgical Company LLC (USMK) has been the owner of 100% of the authorized capital of OJSC Kuznetskie Ferrosplavy, the Kemerovo-based enterprise informed.
Until then, the metallurgical company owned 98.706% of the voting shares in Kuznetskie Ferrosplavy.
It will be recalled that USMK made a stock buyout offer to the target company's minority shareholders offering to pay RUB 65.89 per common and RUB 65.23 per preferred share.
OJSC Kuznetskie Ferrosplavy (tax number: 4216001565) produces ferrosilicium and microsilica, the factory was established in 1942. Its authorized capital is currently RUB 4.030 billion represented by 65,800,539 common shares and 1,371,700 preferred shares at par value of RUB 60 each.
RAS net profit of OJSC Kuznetskie Ferrosplavy for H1 2013 was RUB 152.038 million against a loss of RUB 234.422 million the year before. Revenue decreased by 6.06% to RUB 6.478 billion from RUB 6.896 billion, sales profit grew 128.6-fold to RUB 639.934 million from RUB 4.976 million, pre-tax profit was RUB 203.23 million against a loss of RUB 267.692 million.
