On August 30, the Board of Directors of OJSC Lenenergo will discuss the updated register of non-core assets and considers other matters, the company informed.
Lenenergo (tax number: 7803002209) is a regional electrical grid company operating in the northwest of Russia. The enterprise serves the area of 87,100 sq. km including St.-Petersburg and Leningrad region. After the restructuring, the company has preserved the Lenenergo brand and its functions of power transmission and connection of new consumers to the electricity supply infrastructure since October 1, 2005.
IFRS net profit of OJSC Lenenergo for 2012 was RUB 232.867 million against a loss of RUB 943.276 million the year before. Revenue grew by 2.72% to RUB 33.135 billion from RUB 32.257 billion, operating profit 3.28-fold to RUB 2.475 billion from RUB 753.652 million, pre-tax profit was RUB 602.39 million against a loss of RUB 844.708 million.
According to the information and retrieval system DataCapital, RAS net loss of OJSC Lenenergo for H1 2013 was RUB 1.135 billion against a profit of RUB 297.056 million the year before. Revenue decreased by 10% to RUB 15.516 billion from RUB 17.24 billion, sales loss was RUB 447.236 million against a profit of RUB 1.179 billion for H1 2013, loss before tax totaled RUB 963.804 million against a profit of RUB 566.186 million.
