Russia's Federal Antimonopoly Service granted the application of CJSC North-Western Phosphorous Company (NWPC) for buying the fixed production assets of SZFK-RemStroy LLC, the regulatory body informed.
As a result of this transaction, NWPC will have 98.34% of SZFK-RemStroy's assets.
"The information and documents accompanying the application, meet the requirements of article 32 section 5 of Russia's Competition Law," the Federal Antimonopoly Service commented.
SZFK-RemStroy LLC (Apatity, Murmansk region) provides site preparation services.
CJSC North-Western Phosphorous Company was established in August 2005 by Acron to create a new phosphate raw materials base in Murmansk region. In October 2006, NWPC secured subsurface use licenses for apatite-nepheline ore deposits Oleniy Ruchey and Partomchorr. In November 2011, NWPC started ore mining at the Oleniy Ruchey deposit.
