CB FMS registered an additional common stock issue released by Admiralteiskie Verfi and placed through the close offering, the company informed.
At the special meeting Nov. 11 the holders should approve an increase in the share capital. The decision-making is undisclosed.
In 2012 the Company allocated an additional issue in the volume of 1.118bn rub. 1117800 common stocks of 1ths rub. par were placed through the close offering. The Company is included into Joint Shipbuilding Corp.
Joint Shipbuilding Corp. (TIN 7838395215) was registered in 2007. 100% are held by the government. It includes 50 leading design agencies and shipyards involving 70% of the native shipbuilding entities.
The largest assets are as follows: Sevmash (Severodvinsk), Admiralteiskie verfi (St.Pb.); Yantar (Kaliningrad). to 400.655mln rub. from 20.311mln rub.; pretax profit - 5.4 fold to 838.409mln rub. from 155.322mln rub.; losses from sales dropped 6 fold to 43.615mln rub. from 258.063mln rub.
