Sovkomflot (SKF Group) signed an agreement with the consortium of three leading international banks including ING Bank N.V. (ING), KfW IPEX-Bank GmbH (KfW) and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC) on the 10-year funding in the volume of $316mln, the company informed.
The credit will be spent on the building of two new tankers to be used within the time-charter agreements with Gazprom Global LNG.
The gas shipment is of priority in the transportation sector of Sovkomflot. The Company keeps 10 ships for this purpose.

The 9-month 2013-net profit (RAS) dropped 44.86% to 570.763mln rub. from 1.035bn rub. prior year; revenues - 14.8% to 1.4bn rub. from 1.643bn rub.; profit from sales - 29.9% to 824.531mln rub. from 1.176bn rub.; pretax profit - 45.12% to 638.905 mln rub. from 1.164bn rub.
