Gazpromneft-Aero has completed the acquisition of 100% of Toplivnoe Obespechenie Aeroporta LLC (literally translated as Airport-based Fuel Supply) at the international airport of Orsk, according to a statement on Gazprom Neft's official website.
The transaction value was not disclosed in the statement.
This is Gazpromneft-Aero' second asset in Orenburg region: the company already providing aircraft refueling services at the military airdrome of Orenburg.
Gazpromneft-Aero, a subsidiary of Gazprom Neft, has been providing into-plane aircraft refueling and fuel sales services since January 1, 2008. Since December 2008, Gazpromneft-Aero has been the International Air Transport Association's strategic aviation fuel supply partner. Gazpromneft-Aero is a leader of Russia's aviation fuel market in terms of retail sales. The company has 38 its own refueling complexes at Russian and foreign airports.
