Russia's Federal Antimonopoly Service satisfied the applications of RSh-Center LLC for the acquisition of 34% in Gazprom mezhregiongaz Kurgan LLC and Gazprom mezhregiongaz Ukhta LLC, the regulatory body informed.

As a result of the transactions applied for, RSh-Center's interest in Gazprom mezhregiongaz Kurgan and Gazprom mezhregiongaz Ukhta will increase to 49%.

Gazprom mezhregiongaz Ukhta LLC (Ukhta, the Komi Republic) supplies gas to consumers in the Komi Republic and Arkhangelsk region.

Gazprom mezhregiongaz Kurgan LLC (Kurgan) ensures continuous gas supplies to consumers in Kurgan region.

CJSC RSh-Center (Gazoprovod settlement, Moscow region) is principally engaged in the purchase and sale of real estate properties.
