Net profit (RAS) of Promsvyazbank for 2012 was RUB 8.452 billion increasing by 65% year-on-year, according to the bank's report published on the website of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation.
Promsvyazbank (tax number: 7744000912) established in 1995 is among thirty largest banks of the Russian Federation. The controlling block of shares belongs to the Russian businessmen Alexey Ananyev and Dmitry Ananyev, the bank's founders. The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development holds 11.75% in the authorized capital of Promsvyazbank.
As of November 1, 2012 the bank's network in Russia comprised 301 offices. Also, it manages a branch and a retail office in Cyprus, representative offices in Ukraine, China, Kazakhstan and India.
Net profit (IFRS) of Promsvyazbank for 2011 increased more than twice year-on-year from RUB 2.5 billion for 2010. IFRS net profit of the bank for 9 months 2012 reached RUB 5.9 billion almost tripling last year's result.
