LUKOIL and consortium of the companies discovered new field of light crude oil in Egypt, the company informed.
Next year two wells will be drilled to provide 2ths barrel/day each. During the 3-year period this is the third field discovered within the concession (Arkadia (2010) and Emri-Deep (2012).
The project involve ENI represented by IEOC (56%) as its sub, LUKOIL Overseas (24%) and Mitsui (20%). LUKOIL joined the project in 1995.
LUKOIL (TIN 7708004767)is ranked as the second by the crude oil output in Russia. The share capital is equal to 21264081.375 rub. 850563255 common stocks of 0.025 rub. par are under circulation. The largest share is held by the top managers.
In 2011 LUKOIL reduced hydrocarbons output by 4.6mln ton to 112.7mln ton.
The proved reserves by 2011 end under SEC gained 17.3bn barrels of the crude equivalent.
The 9-month 2012 net profit (US GAAP) tumbled 7.7% to $8.316bn from $9.012bn; revenues from sales gained $103.152bn (+4.1% ann.); EBITDA declined 7% to come to $14.249bn.
The IH 2012 net profit (RAS) boosted 27% to 269.989bn rub. from 212.916bn rub. prior year.
