RusHydro's installed capacity is 25.5 GW inclusive of the Sayano-Shushenskaya Dam (6,400 MW), currently under restoration. In 2011, RusHydro increased electric power generation by 7% to 77,007 million kWh.
The authorized capital of the company is RUB 290.303 billion. As of May 31, 2011, the state owned 57.97% of RusHydro shares.
Net loss (IFRS) of OJSC RusHydro for 9 months 2012 was RUB 2.530 billion against a profit of RUB 34.792 billion for 2011. Revenue decreased by 24.6% to RUB 215.061 billion from RUB 285.232 billion, pre-tax profit 7.2-fold to RUB 6.383 billion from RUB 46.186 billion, EBITDA by 32.6% to RUB 39.922 billion from RUB 59.237 billion.
According to the information and retrieval system DataCapital, net profit (RAS) of OJSC RusHydro for 9 months 2012 decreased by 18% to RUB 19.963 billion from RUB 24.451 billion the year before. Revenue decreased by 2% to RUB 68.276 billion from RUB 69.460 billion, GP by 29% to RUB 27.215 billion from RUB 38.441 billion.
