The auction to sell 100% of the shares of OJSC Yuzhny Integrated Agricultural Plant is put off again, according to the Specialized State Unitary Enterprise for the Sale of Moscow Property.
The new auction date is April 4, 2013.
Earlier, the Specialized State Unitary Enterprise for the Sale of Moscow Property was reported to have scheduled the auction to sell the shares in the agricultural enterprise for December 4, 2012. Later, the auction date was moved back to December 27, 2012, then to February 14, 2013.
The starting price of the asset is RUB 6.6 billion
The core activity profile of OJSC Yuzhny Integrated Agricultural Plant is: agricultural production, production and sales of vegetables, crops, planting materials. The company owns 207 non-residential buildings and structures with the combined area exceeding 150 ha, including 12 hothouse clusters covering an area of more than 145 ha, in Ust-Dzhegutinsky and Abazinsky districts of the Karachay-Cherkess Republic. The company's real property facilities are located on 8 land plots more than 285 ha in area.
Yuzhny Integrated Agricultural Plant is Russia's largest industrial hothouse producer covering 30% of Moscow's demand for fresh vegetables off the agricultural season. It was established on July 15, 1974, by Decree 570 of the USSR Council of Ministers. Today, Yuzhny Integrated Agricultural Plant is a well-equipped, steadily operating and financially viable enterprise.
