Gazprom BOD is going to consider the loans in ruble terms at the sitting Feb. 21, the company informed.

Gazprom (TIN 7736050003) is the largest gas company in the world. The share capital is equal to 118.367bn rub. split in 23673512900 common stocks of 5 rub. par. The working interest is held by the government. In 2012 Gazprom reduced the output 5.1% to 482.251bn m3.
The IH 2012 net profit (IAS) dropped 33% to 525.526bn rub. from 785.202bn rub. prior year period; revenues from sales being down 5% to 2.23tril rub.; net revenues from sales declined 15% to 1.245tril rub. which can be explained by the reduction of the gas sales by 10% (8.7bn m3).
The 9-month 2012 net profit (RAS) declined 7.6% to 510.249bn rub. from 552.814bn rub. prior year period; revenues added 3.9% to come to 2.632tril rub. from 2.534tril rub.; gross profit dropped to 1.399tril rub. from 1.436tril rub.; revenues from sales coming to 2.021tril rub. from 2.013tril rub.
