Azot (Kemerovo) raised the 5-year credit line with Gazprombank in the volume of 30.127bn rub., the company informed.

The interest rate is set within 8.4-11.5% ann.
The decision on the credit was made by Azot as the one holders in Dec. 2012.

The Company (TIN 4205000908) is a leading producer of caprolactam in Russia and one of the largest makers of fertilizers. It has above 40 items in the assortment. The Company is a monopolist by some products in Russia. 50% of the output are exported to China, America, Western Europe and Asia-Pacific Ocean region.

The major holder is SIBUR Holding (74.64%). From May 1, 2007, the Company is included into SIBUR-Mineral Fertilizers.
