Gazprombank placed the 7th issue of euro commercial notes with $32.45mln in par value through GPB Finance PLC, the Bank informed.
They should be covered in 2013.
Gazprombank (TIN 7744001497) was formed in 1990. It is included into the 3-top list of the largest Russian banks and keeps the 3d position among the European banks. It has 43 branches and 3 subs and dependent Russian banks.
Besides, it keeps the stakes in Belgazprombank (Belarus), Gazprombank (Switzerland) Ltd (Swiss) and Areximbank (Armenia).
The holders involve Gazprom (35.54%), Gazfond (47.38%), VEB (10.19%), top managers - 0.56%. The share capital is equal to 24.533bn rub.
The IH 2012 net profit at GPB Group (IAS) declined 3.6 fold to 10.6bn rub. under IAS against 38.1bn rub. prior year period prompted by large revenues from the sale of the investment portfolio. The funds of the corporate clients added 7.7% to come to 1.371tril rub.; private persons - 8% to 287.9bn rub.
The assets rose 7.5% to 2 664tril rub.; own capital - 30.4% to 316.8bn rub.
The 2012 net profit (RAS) moved up 30% to 51bn rub.
