Kemerovsky reg. arbitration court closed the bankruptcy procedures against Belon, the company informed.

Belon Group (TIN 5410102823) is working in the sector of the coal extraction. In March 2008 MMK acquired 50% in Onarbay Enterprises Ltd keeping 82.6087% in Belon. In Oct. 2009 the share in Onarbay was raised to 100%.

Belon involves coal mines and pits of above 9mln ton/y in capacity; enrichment plants (14mln t/y).

The 9-month 2012 net profit tumbled 3.73 fold to 288.824mln rub. from 1.078bn rub. prior year period.

The revenues moved down 21.82% to 8.622bn rub. from 11.029bn rub.; profit from sales - 48.87% to 9577.973mln rub. from 1.13bn rub.; pretax profit rose 3.84 fold to 376.942mln rub. from 1.447bn rub.
