Apatit holders elected the 7-member BOD, the company informed.

Apatit (TIN 5103070023) is included into FosAgro. It is the largest apatite concentrate producer in the world and a sole producer of nepheline concentrate in Russia.

The IH 2012-net profit (RAS) boosted 2.6 fold to 5.431bn rub. from 2.067bn rub. prior year period; revenues increased 35.3% to 23.807bn rub. from 17.601bn rub.; profit from sales - 2.2 fold to 6.92bn rub. from 3.144bn rub.
