Nota-Bank bought back 18.6%.

Nota-Bank bought back 185986 bonds of the 1st issue (18.6% of the total), the Bank informed.

The Bank placed the primary issue in Feb. 2012 in full. The 1st coupon rate is set at 11% ann. The issue includes 1mln bonds of 1ths rub. par and 2-year maturity. The issue is arranged by Nota Bank, Promsvyazbank.

Nota-Bank (TIN 7203063256) was formed in 1994. The share capital is equal to 1.07bn rub.

The 2011-net profit (RAS) reached 1.3bn rub.
