At the Solikamsky Magnesium Plant special meeting Feb. 19 the decision on the preterm cancellation of BOD powers was made, the company informed. The new BOD includes 9 members.

Solikamsky Magnesium Plant (SMZ) (TIN 5919470019) covers 40% of the Russian magnesium market as well as of tantalum and niobium.

The 9-month 2012 net profit (RAS) tumbled 4.03 fold to 414.017mln rub. from 1.669bn rub.; revenues - 24.8% to 3.933bn rub. from 5.23bn rub.; profit from sales - 3.52 fold to 573.536mln rub. from 2.02bn rub.; pretax profit - 3.98 fold to 502.25mln rub. from 1.997bn rub.
