The maturity period covers 10 years. The bonds are placed through the open offering.
The 17-19th are worth 10bn rub. each (10mln bonds of 1ths rub. par).
The 20th is worth 7bn rub. (7mln bonds of 1ths rub. par).
The 21th issue is worth 8bn rub. (8mln bonds of 1ths rub. par).
The 22-23ths issues are worth 5bn rub. each (5mln bonds of 1ths rub. par each).
Gazprom neft (TIN 5504036333) is ranked as the 5th oil producer by the crude output in Russia. The Company and its subs keep 61 licenses on the development of the oil fields. It has 4.5bn barrels in reserves. The major holder is Gazprom.
