Bank of Russia raises USD-RUB exchange rate by over 12 kopecks to RUB 30.3596

The Bank of Russia raised the official Euro to Russian ruble exchange rate effective from February 23, 2013 by almost 4 kopecks to RUB 40.1111 from RUB 40.0748 on February 22, raised the US dollar rate by more than 12 kopecks to RUB 30.3596 against RUB 30.2337 on February 22.

The dollar-euro basket increased by over 8 kopecks (+0.25%) to RUB 34.7478 on February 23 from RUB 34.6622 on February 22
