MMK (TIN 7414003633) is the largest metallurgic plant in Russia. It is of the close-cycle production process. It has the largest assortment of metal products in Russia and CIS.
The assets of the Company include large metallurgic full-cycle complex.
In 2010 11.4mln ton of steel and 10.4mln ton of metal commodities were produced.
The 9-month 2012 net profit (IAS) reached $47mln against $58mln in losses prior year; revenues being up 2.8% to $2.76bn from $7.063bn; operating profit dropped 33.3% to $275mln from $412mln; EBITDA went down 6.4% to $1.06bn.
