The 2012-net profit at Baikal-TransTeleCom (TTK-Baikal) as a regional sub of TTK increased 15% to 27mln rub. vs. prior year figures, the company informed.
The revenues rose 40% to 875.9mln rub.; revenues from services - 55% to 426.9mln rub.
TTK-Basikal provides telecom services in Irkutsk reg., Buryatia and some part of Zabaikalsky reg. The Company was founded in 2000; the holders involve RZHD and TTK.
The 2011-revenues exceeded 626mln rub.
TransTeleCom (TTK) is head company of TTK Group. It is one of five leading Russian com operators.
The major holder is RZHD keeping 99.99%. TTK has one of the longest optic com lines (above 75ths km and 560 Gbit/sec).
The 2011-net profit (IAS) gained one billion rub. against 60mln rub. in net losses prior year; consolidated revenues lost 5% to come to 24.8bn rub.; OIBDA moved up 31% to 4.3bn rub.; OIBDA margin - 17.5% from 12.7%.
