The Russian Federation represented by the Federal Agency for State Property Management sold its 42.4755% share in the authorized capital of OJSC Railwaycar-Building Works Tver, the company informed.
At the same time, OJSC Research and Production Corporation Uralvagonzavod acquired 42.4755% of the authorized capital of the Tver-based enterprise.
OJSC Railwaycar-Building Works Tver (name as per Articles, tax number: 6902008908) established 1898 produces mainline railway cars.
The company's authorized capital is RUB 0.25 million represented by 249,605 common shares at par value of 1 ruble. The enterprise is part of CJSC Transmashholding, Rosimushchestvo (the Federal Agency for State Property Management) holds 42.5% of the company's shares.
According to the information and retrieval system DataCapital, net profit (RAS) of the company for January-September 2012 decreased 8.2-fold to RUB 62.644 million from RUB 513.68 million the year before. Revenue increased by 33.88% to RUB 18.561 billion from RUB 13.864 billion, sales profit decreased by 38.47% to RUB 530.622 million from RUB 862.347 million, pre-tax profit 6.57-fold to RUB 99.982 million from RUB 656.674 million.
