Sverdlovenergosbyt BOD intends to consider interest-bearing deals at the sitting Feb. 28.

The Company (TIN 6670082105) is the largest energy supplier in Sverdlovsky reg. having the guarantor status. It provides the sale and purchase of energy on the wholesale and retail markets. The industrial consumers account for 77.5% of sales.

The 2011-net profit (RAS) added 2.19% to gain 51.214mln rub. from 50.112mln rub. prior year; revenues increased 6.99% to come to 42.341bn rub. from 39.571bn rub.; profit from sales being doubled to 1.766bn rub. from 891.884mln rub.
