FFMS recognized the primary issue released by RT-Biotekhprom in the volume of 3.5bn rub. as failed, FFMS informed.

The issue includes 3.5mln bonds of 1ths rub. par.
RT-Biotekhprom (TIN 7704730729) was formed in 2009. It is now a strategically important holding included into Rostekhnologii in the sphere of biotechnologies, pharmaceuticals and medical facilities.
