Bank of Russia raised USD-RUB exchange rate by over 3 kopecks to RUB 30.6202

The Bank of Russia raied the official Euro to Russian ruble exchange rate effective from February 28, 2013 by over 12 kopecks to RUB 40.0420 from RUB 39.9216 on February 27, the US dollar rate by more than 3 kopecks to RUB 30.6202 against RUB 30.5889 on February 27.

The dollar-euro basket gained over 7 kopecks (+0.21%) to RUB 34.8600 on February 28 from RUB 34.7886 on February 27
