Moscow Credit Bank (MKB) placed the 12th issue of the bonds in the volume of 2bn rub., the Bank informed.
It includes 2mln bonds of 1ths rub. par and 5.5-year maturity. The 1st coupon is set at 12.25% ann. The issue is arranged by MCB, Zenit Bank, Region Bank.
Moscow Credit Bank (TIN 7734202860) was set up in 1992. The final beneficiary is R.Avdeev, president of the Bank and founder of Rossium Concern. Now MKB is a universal credit institution providing the whole spectrum of banking services. It keeps 60 offices in Moscow and Moscow reg.
The 2011-net profit (IAS) added 28.6% to gain 3.886bn rub. The 9-month 2012 net profit (IAS) increased 59.7% to 3.762bn rub.
The 2012 net profit (RAS) gained 5.567bn rub. due to 2.6 fold in rise.
