M&A: FAS clears acquisition of Yaroslavskiy Distillery for Astrakhan Distillery

The Federal Antimonopoly Service satisfied the application of OJSC Astrakhan Distillery (Astrakhan) for the acquisition of 48,344 registered shares of common stock and 50,358 registered shares of preferred stock of OJSC Yaroslavskiy Distillery (Yaroslavl), the regulatory body informed.

OJSC Astrakhan Distillery and OJSC Yaroslavskiy Distillery are engaged in the production of distilled alcoholic beverages.
